Start your seedlings now!

To the Editor:

Great news!

The  Berne Library’s Seed Library is open for business, featuring veggies, flowers, and herbs — organic, heirloom, non-GMO and no hybrids. It will allow the community free access to the means of growing their own food.

So — get growing — visit the seed library at the Berne Library. Or order online using the seed inventory and order form on the library’s webpage or the Friends of the Berne Library’s page for curbside pickup.

It is now open for business. Borrow only what you need, not the whole seed packet.

Occasionally we will have extra full packets of seeds that will be offered to patrons.

Start your seedlings now!

Remember this: If you have a garden and a library, you have everything you need.

Happy gardening!
