Guilderland School School Resource Officer Sean Ralston has over 180,000 followers and over 10.1 million likes on TikTok. Madison Avenue might pay someone like him a seven-figure salary for his natural ability to work social media.

We need to ask him to help monetize his videos for the benefit of our school’s budget. Let’s help him right now. Go to Google, search School Resource Officer Ralston Guilderland and watch a video then click on like. Even better, follow his account.

Together, we can make his viral videos to the next level. We need new ideas and here is a member of our community with creativity in spades. Let’s build upon his natural talent and compensate him accordingly outside the salary.

Let’s ask all the school staff about their superpowers and start offering them additional compensation packages that win for the school district and the employees.
