Notice is hereby given that the Zoning Board of Town of New Scotland, New York will hold a public hearing pursuant to Chapter 190, Article IX, Section 190-73 of the Zoning Law on the following proposition:
A Public Hearing for Variance #560
Area Variance #560. Request submitted by David Gibson for an area variance seeking 15 feet of relief from Article I § 190-5 and Article III § 190-30 of the Town of New Scotland Zoning Law to allow for the construction of a single family home on a nonconforming lot with zero (0) feet of frontage on a public highway. The parcel, New Scotland tax ID #62.00-5-10.10, contains 16.49 acres in the Residential 2-acre (R2) zoning district and is located on and accessed by Gibson Landing, a private road.
Said hearing will take place on March 31, 2025 at 7:00PM at the New Scotland Town Hall, 2029 New Scotland Road, Slingerlands, NY 12159

PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Town Board of the Town of Rensselaerville has introduced proposed Local Law No. 1 of 2025, a local law to update the fee schedule to more accurately reflect associated costs for providing services.
The Town Board will continue the Public Hearing on the proposed law, originally commenced on October 10, 2024. The Public Hearing will be held at 6:45pm at the Town of Rensselaerville Town Hall, 87 Barger Road, Medusa, NY, at which time and place all those wishing to comment will be provided with the full opportunity to be heard.  Communications in writing in relation thereto may be filed with the Town Clerk’s Office or at such hearing. 
A copy of the proposed local law is available for inspection in the Town Clerk’s Office or may be viewed online at www.rensselaerville.com.
