NOTICE OF RFP 
Sealed Requests for Proposals will be received by the Voorheesville Central School District Office located at 432 New Salem Rd, Voorheesville, NY until 2 p.m. Friday, February 28, 2025, for: 
RFP for Pre-K Program 
The district is soliciting organizations that currently provide services to 4-year-old children within and closely surrounding the Voorheesville Central School District’s area and are interested in providing a full-day Pre-Kindergarten program for up to 3 classroom(s). Each classroom would have a minimum of 18 students and no more than 20 students. The Voorheesville Central School District will consider awarding contracts for service to multiple providers. 
The program must meet applicable New York State Education Department Pre-Kindergarten regulations. This is a renewable contract, with an RFP process conducted when required by NYS purchasing laws and regulations. The bi-annual contract is contingent upon adequate performance and the availability of state funds. 
Specifications and bid forms may be obtained at the District Office (518-765-3313 ext. 1400). Contracts will be awarded per stated specifications. The Board of Education reserves the right to reject any proposals, including any proposal, which fails to meet specifications. Proposals must be received no later than February 28, 2025, at 2:00 p.m. to be considered and must be mailed or hand-delivered to:

Notice is hereby given that sealed bids will be received for Furnishing All Materials  Necessary To install 2 propane furnaces and 2 mini splits at the Transfer Station. 
Bids will be received until 10:00 A.M. Friday March 14th, 2025 at which time bids will  be opened and read aloud, at the Town Clerk’s Office, Town Hall, Route 20,  McCormack’s Corners, Guilderland, New York.
