"A special meeting of the Stevens Farm Homeowner's Association will be held at 6:30 p.m. on March 5, 2025 at the Guilderland Public Library located at 2228 Western Ave., Guilderland, NY 12084 for the purpose of reviewing a proposed First Amendment to the DECLARATION OF PROTECTIVE  COVENANTS, CONDITIONS, RESTRICTIONS, EASEMENTS, CHARGES AND LIENS OF STEVENS FARM HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, as follows:
Section 6.10 of the Declaration shall be amended to include the following prohibition: a. No owner shall be permitted to rent, lease or convey any leasehold interest in any potion of their Lot or Property.

WHEREAS, the next general Village Election will be held on March 18, 2025, and
WHEREAS, no person shall be entitled to vote at any Village Election whose name does not appear on the register, and
WHEREAS, Section 15-118(4) of the Election Law requires that every Village hold a Registration Day for each general Village Election.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT;
First: The Inspectors of Election shall meet on the 8th day of March 2025 for 
REGISTRATION DAY and to prepare the register.
Second: Such Registration Day will be held at Village Hall from 12:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Third: Voting for the forthcoming election shall be conducted at the Village Hall/Community Room/Firehouse, 115 Main Street, Altamont, New York, Albany County, on Tuesday, March 18, 2025 from 12:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m.

Notice is hereby given that the Zoning Board of Town of New Scotland, New York will hold a public hearing pursuant to Chapter 190, Article IX, Section 190-73 of the Zoning Law on the following proposition:
A Public Hearing for Site Plan Review #154
Site Plan Review #154. Request submitted by Thomas Frederick for an area variance seeking relief from Article V, Section 190-58(D)(6)(d) of the Town of New Scotland Zoning Law to allow for a ground mounted solar array to be constructed within the front yard setback. The parcel is located at 83 Springfield Drive, identified as New Scotland tax parcel ID #61.-3-38.1, located within the Medium Density Residential zoning district, and contains 6.8 acres. This request is for 15 feet of relief to allow the solar panel location to be constructed 25 feet from the front property line. The zoning law does not allow ground mounted solar panels to be located within a front yard setback.  Said hearing will take place on February 25, 2025 at 7:00PM at the New Scotland Town Hall, 2029 New Scotland Road, Slingerlands, NY 12159
