LEGAL NOTICE

PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Zoning Board of Appeals of the Town of Rensselaerville will hold a Public Hearing on Tuesday, March 20, 2018 at 6:30pm at Town Hall, 87 Barger Road, Medusa, NY 12147, on a Land Variance application form John Kudlack, Jr. at 17 Littner Rd., Rensselaerville, NY, concerning tax parcels 135.-2-20 and 135.-2-21.  The applicant is seeking a lot line adjustment so the property line does not split a pond.  The new lot line to the pond is only 25 feet and therefore a variance is needed as the Town requires 50 feet. The Planning Board cannot move forward on the application without a decision from the Zoning Board of Appeals.

All those who are interested in this proposal will be provided the full opportunity to be heard on the date of the Public Hearing.  Persons wishing to appear at such hearing may do so in person or by attorney or other representative.  Documents in support of this proposed variance are available for inspection at the Rensselaerville Town Hall, 87 Barger Rd., Medusa, NY.

Communications in writing in relation thereto may be filed with the Zoning Board of Appeals or at such hearing.

BY ORDER OF THE ZONING BOARD OF APPEALS
