The Albany County Auction website lists these Guilderland properties as being “delinquent” although many have actually paid their back taxes:

— 1717 Western Ave., Albany Diamond Center: Owned by Lisa O’Brien, paid in full on Feb. 28, 2018;

— 1652 Western Ave., Takara: Owned by Ichiban Group, LLC, paid in full on Nov. 28, 2017;

— 1904 Western Ave., Rhoades Service Center: Owned by Herbert Rhoades, paid in full on Feb. 16, 2018;

— 1611 Western Ave., former gas station: Owned by Ozbay Mustafa;

— 2505 Western Ave., Governor’s Motor Inn: Owned by Laxmi, LLC.  

— Land on Fuller Station Road: Owned by David C. Brown. Assessed at $1,000; total tax due: $33.01;

— Land on Fuller Station Road: Owned by David C. Brown. Assessed at $1,000; total tax due: $33.01;

— Land on West Lydius Street: Owned by David C. Brown. Assessed at $1,100; total tax due: $36.31;

— 18 Cross St.: Owned by Frank F. Lepard. Public auction sale in 2004, closed May 6, 2004. Withdrawn status in 2006 because of steep ravine in creek bed; in 2012, after consideration, a decision was made that liability issues did not prevent it from being taken. Inspection pending in 2018. 2012 lien is for $430.32. Total liens to date: $3,272.67;  

— 141 Maple Ave.: Owned by Danny J. Ramirez. Answer filed by alleged owner Maureen G. Ramirez pro se on Nov. 3, 2017 and Nov. 8, 2017. 2012 lien is for $7,590.06. Total liens to date: $32,659.60; and

— 401 Wormer Rd.: Owned by Nicholas W. Smith. No record of verified answer filing. Inspection pending in 2018. 2012 lien is for $2,661.39. Total liens to date: $12,904.57.

Corrected on March 14, 2018: We removed a line from the listing at 1611 Western Ave., which contained incorrect information, naming someone responding who had never owned the property.
