Voorheesville Dionysians celebrate 50th anniversary

To the Editor:

The Voorheesville Dionysians [the drama club at Voorheesville’s high school] would like to announce that we are celebrating the 50th anniversary of becoming the Dionysians.

The celebration will take place during the weekend of this year’s musical, “Mamma Mia!,” with a special reception and commemoration on Saturday, March 23. The reception will begin at 6 p.m. on March 23, and we invite all alumni and alumnae of the club to attend.

We are hoping to have many, if not all, of the 50 years of Dionysians represented! We also are collecting memorabilia from the 50 years of plays and musicals for display the weekend of the musical (all memorabilia will be returned to owners after the anniversary celebration weekend).
