VPL seeks trustee candidates

VOORHEESVILLE — Nominating petitions are available for the position of trustee for the Voorheesville Public Library Board to fill the vacancy caused by the expiration of the term of David Gibson.

The election will be held on Tuesday, May 19, and the candidate elected will serve a five-year term, beginning July 1.

Petitions may be obtained in the library and must be notarized and returned by 5 p.m. on Monday, April 13, with a minimum of 25 signatures. Candidates must be a qualified voter of the Voorheesville Central School District.
