GUILDERLAND TOWN BOARD NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
Notice is hereby given that a Public Hearing before the Town Board of Guilderland has been scheduled for Tuesday, March 16, 2021, at 7:00 pm via Zoom for public comment regarding a local law extending the moratorium on programmable digital signs for an additional six months to October 6, 2021. The moratorium currently expires on April 6, 2021.
Pursuant to Governor Cuomo’s Executive Order 202.8, which bans large meetings due to the corona - virus (COVID-19), and Executive Order 202.1, which suspends the Open Meetings Law, the meeting will be held electronically instead of a public meeting open for the public to attend in person.  Due to technical issues with broadcasting Zoom meetings on cable, this Town Board meeting will only be broadcast via livestream on the Town’s website https://www.townofeuilderland.org/town-meeting-videos).
