Notice is hereby given that the Zoning Board of Town of New Scotland, New York will hold a public hearing pursuant to Chapter 190, Article IX, Section 190-73 of the Zoning Law on the following proposition:

A Public Hearing for Variance Application # 515 Area Variance # 515: Application submitted by Thomas Rieth to request relief from the modified subdivision approval that states each dwelling shall be allowed to construct a deck attached to the rear of the dwelling within the designated area. Planning Board

Notice is hereby given that the Planning Board of Town of New Scotland, New York will hold a special meeting on the following proposition:

Modification of Subdivision Application # 355: Modification request submitted by Mary Beth Slevin for Kensington Woods Subdivision, a 169 residential unit cluster subdivision submitted by Lansing Engineering on behalf of Garrison Projects, LLC that received a final approval on Dec 15, 2009. The site contains 187+/- acres of land and was originally comprised of 4 individual parcels which are identified by New Scotland Tax Id numbers 73.-1- 9.11, 73.-1- 9.12, 73.-1- 9.2 and 73.-3- 1.1. Approximately 100+/- acres lies on the west side of Hilton Road and the remainder is situated on the east side of Hilton Road. The request for modification is to allow 6 additional model home permits added to the 4 original model home permits per phase that were allowed in the subdivision approval. This application is submitted pursuant to Article III, Section 164-17 of the subdivision law and as referenced in Article III, Section 190-22 and Article VI of the zoning law.

The special meeting will take place on February 23, 2016 at the New Scotland Town Hall beginning at 6:00 P.M.

RESOLUTION DATED FEBRUARY 7, 2017

A RESOLUTION CALLING A PUBLIC HEARING PURSUANT TO

THE TOWN LAW OF THE STATE OF NEW YORK IN RELATION

TO THE ESTABLISHMENT OF GUILDERLAND WATER DISTRICT,

EXTENSION NO. 84

WHEREAS, a motion for the establishment of Extension No. 84 to the

Guilderland Water District was made by the Town Board of the Town of Guilderland, Albany County, New York; and

WHEREAS, a proposed district is bounded and described as set forth in Appendix “A”, annexed hereto; and

WHEREAS, the proposed improvements are the installation of water mains, water laterals, hydrants and all other appurtenances necessary for the establishment of Extension No. 84 in the Guilderland Water District as outlined in a map, a plan and report prepared by Delaware Engineering, D.P.C., competent engineers, licensed by the State of

New York; and

WHEREAS, the maximum amount proposed to be expended as stated in the engineer’s report is the sum of One Million Six Hundred Twenty-Three Thousand and 00/100 Dollars ($1,623,000.00); and

WHEREAS, the first year cost including hook up charges for the equivalent of a one-family home and a two-family home will not exceed the amount of Nine Hundred and Sixty-Six ($966.00) Dollars for the first full year.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the Town Board of Guilderland,

Albany County, New York as follows:

Section 1. A meeting of the Town Board of the Town of Guilderland, Albany

County, New York will be held at the Town Hall, McCormack’s Corners, Guilderland, New York on the 7 day of March, 2017, at 7:OOp.m. for the purpose of conducting a public hearing on the aforesaid report, map, plan and estimate of cost at which time and place the said Town Board will hear all persons interested in the subject matter thereof.

Section 2. The Town Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to cause a notice of

said public hearing to be given by publishing and posting a copy of this resolution in the manner provided by the Town Law of the State of New York.

Section 3. This resolution shall take effect immediately.

The question of the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly put to vote on

roll call, which resulted as follows:
