LEGAL NOTICE
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Planning Board of the Town of Rensselaerville will hold a Public Hearing on January 18, 2024 at 7:00 pm at Town Hall, 87 Barger Road, Medusa, NY on a Minor Subdivision for Paul Baitsholts, 242 Gifford Hollow Rd, Rensselaerville, NY (Tax Map 126-1-13.1). The proposed project will subdivide the existing 55.53 Acre property into two lots, Lot 1 will be 46.57 acres, Lot 2 will be 8.96 acres.
All those interested in this proposal will be provided with the full opportunity to be heard on the date of the Public Hearing.  Persons wishing to appear at such hearing may do so in person or by attorney or other representative.
Communications in writing in relation thereto may be filed with the Planning Board or at such hearing.

PLEASE TAKE NOTICE, the Town of Westerlo Planning Board will hold a special meeting on Thursday, January 18, 2024, at 6 pm due to the cancellation of the regularly scheduled meeting of January 9, 2024.
The purpose of the meeting is to continue the public hearing from December 12, 2023, regarding the
Minor Subdivision for Pecylak SD-23-5. The applicant is seeking a Minor Subdivision for a 3-acre lot and a 36-acre lot. SBL# 162.-2-12, located on CR 405 Westerlo. The meeting will be held at the Richard Rapp Municipal Building (Town Hall) located at 933 CR 401 in Westerlo.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Town Board of the Town of Westerlo hereby invites sealed bids for Utility Repair Crews for the use of said Town for the year 2024.  
Bids will be received up to 7:00 pm on the 15th day of February 2024. Bids received on time will be publicly opened and read aloud at that time at the Richard Rapp Town Hall building, 933 Country Route 401, Westerlo, New York. Bids shall be addressed to Karla Weaver, Town Clerk, Town of Westerlo, 933 County Route 401, Westerlo, N.Y. 12193. Bids shall be in sealed envelopes which shall bear, on the face thereof, the name and address of the bidder and the subject of the bid. ORIGINAL AND ONE COPY of each shall be submitted. The Town Board reserves the right to waive any informalities in or to reject any or all bids.
