Joseph Vern Kapas and Julia Rose Fremante

Julia Rose Fremante, daughter of Joseph Fremante of Guilderland, and Jeanne Caputo of Albany, is engaged to be married to Joseph Vern Kapas, son of Joseph and Kelly Kapas of Greenwich, New York.

The couple met while attending their brothers’ graduation at Clarkson University in 2014. A July wedding is planned at Blessed Sacrament Church in Albany.
