— Serena Nicole Cheruvu of Delmar, majoring in biological sciences at Clemson University in South Carolina, with a grade-point average of 3.5 or higher;

— Jared Anthony Capuano of Altamont, on the president’s list at Clemson University in South Carolina, majoring in bioengineering with a grade-point average of 4.0;

— Kaitlin Davitt of Delmar, earning Honors at University of New Hampshire, with a grade-point average of between 3.5 through 3.64; and

— Ann-Marie Kolberg of Delmar, earning Highest Honors majoring in business administration finance at University of New Hampshire, with a grade-point average of 3.85 or higher.
 

These local students were named to the Dean's List at Worcester Polytechnic Institute in Massachusetts defined not by grade-point average but by the amount of work completed at the A level in courses and projects:

— Kevin Zuchowski of Altamont, majoring in computer science and professional writing; and 

— Eric Motler of Schenectady, majoring in mechanical engineering.
 

These local students have recently earned diplomas:

— Edmund Schultz of Voorheesville, earned a bachelor of science degree in fire science with a concentration in fire/arson investigation from the Henry C. Lee College of Criminal Justice and Forensic Sciences at the University of New Haven in Connecticut;

— Matthew Zelezniak of Voorheesville, earned a bachelor of science degree in business administration majoring in management at University of New Hampshire; 

— Frederick Gray of Delmar, earned a master of science in materials science and engineeirng from the Georgia Institute of Technology in Atlanta;
