PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Planning Board of the Town of Berne will hold a public hearing pursuant to article 276 of the Town Law, on the Minor Subdivision/Lot-line Adjustment of the lands owned by Victor and Lois Porlier.
The parcel is located at 1470 Hilltop Lane, in the Town of Berne, noted as Parcel ID No. 69.00-2-40.221.
The applicant wishes to subdivide the current parcel of 51+/- acres into two lots, a new lot consisting of 37.27+/- acres to be conveyed to Michael and Lauralee Altieri, with the remaining lands being 13.82+/- acres.

Please be advised the Town of Westerlo Town Board has rescheduled the Public Hearing on proposed Local Law No. 1 of 2017 entitled “Regulatation and Approval Standards for Solar Energy Systems” to Tuesday, February 14, 2017 at 6:30 PM at the Town Hall 933 County Route 401, Westerlo, NY. The Public Hearing will be immediately followed by the regular Town Board meeting at 7:00 PM. This is a change of date due to the cancellation of the 2/7/2017 meetings due to weather conditions.
