Enjoy the winter at Switzkill Farm

To the Editor:

It is time to stop moaning about winter. Get out there and enjoy it!

In the Hilltowns, we have plenty of winter to go around. Come to Switzkill Farm on a Saturday morning for a hike through the woods on beautiful scenic trails.

If there is snow, bring your cross-country skis or snowshoes. One of the board members of the Switzkill Farm Board will lead the hike, which will be adjusted to the skills of the hikers/skiers/snowshoers who show up for the event.

Check out the Switzkill Farm Facebook page for the two scheduled Saturdays per month. If you can’t make it to one of the scheduled hikes, just come up to the farm and hike on your own. The farm is open daily from dawn to dusk.
