NOTICE TO BIDDERS
Notice is hereby given that the Town of Guilderland will accept sealed bids for: West Old State Road New Sidewalks Project; Town of Guilderland, Albany County, NY (PIN 1760.45).
The project includes the installation of new sidewalks on the south side of West Old State Road from Regina Drive to Gardenview Drive. This project is a Federal Aid project and NYSDOT Standard Specifications must be followed unless otherwise revised by these documents. The DBE goal for the project is 0%.
Contract will be awarded based upon the lowest qualified bid who complies with the project bid documents. A bid deposit and performance and payment bonds will be required for the project. Contract Documents, including Invitation to Bidders, Instructions to Bidders, Wage Rates, Bid Documents, Agreement, Special Notes, Specifications, Contract Drawings, and any Addenda are available by email.

NOTICE OF BOND RESOLUTION
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a resolution, a summary of which is published herewith, has been adopted by the Town Board of the Town of New Scotland, Albany County, on the 14th day of July, 2021. The validity of the obligations authorized by such resolution may be hereafter contested only if:
(1) (a) such obligations were authorized for an object or purpose for which the Town of New Scotland is not authorized to expend money, or
(b) The provisions of law which should be complied with at the date of publication of this resolution are not substantially complied with, and an action, suit or proceeding contesting such validity is commenced within twenty days after the date of publication of this notice; or
(2) Said obligations are authorized in violation of the provisions of the Constitution of New York.
SUMMARY OF RESOLUTION
The following is a summary of a resolution adopted by the Town Board of the Town of New Scotland on July 14, 2021. Said resolution authorizes the issuance and sale of a serial bond or bonds and a bond anticipation note or notes in anticipation of the issuance and sale of said serial bonds, in an amount not to exceed $80,000. The proceeds from the sale of the obligations authorized in said resolution shall be used for the specific purpose of financing the acquisition of one (1) pickup truck with plow and sander for the Parks Department and one (1) pickup truck with plow for the Department of Public Works and related equipment at an estimated maximum cost of $80,000 and having a period of probable usefulness of fifteen (15) years. The proposed maturity of the obligations authorized by the resolution will not be in excess of five years. A copy of the resolution summarized herein is available for public inspection during normal business hours at the Office of the Town Clerk located in the Town Hall, Slingerlands, New York.
