LEGAL NOTICE

The Solar Energy Local Law, adopted by the Town Board on January 14, 2021, amends the Town’s zoning law by creating regulations for the installation and use of solar energy generating systems and equipment. The law defines small-scale and large-scale solar energy systems and sets permitting and other requirements for them. The law also identifies the zoning districts in the Town in which they are permitted.
