PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Guilderland Center Fire District of the Town of Guilderland, County of Albany, State of New York, will hold its regular meetings for the year 2023 on the third Monday of each month with the exception of February, which will be held on the second Monday of the month and December which will be held on the second Tuesday of the month, at 6:30 o’clock P.M. on such day at the Guilderland Center Fire House located at 30 School Road, Guilderland Center, New York 12085.  
PLEASE ALSO TAKE NOTICE that the Guilderland Center Fire District of the Town of Guilderland, County of Albany, State of New York, will hold a regular meeting via videoconferencing on the sixteenth (16) day of  January 2023, at 6:30 o’clock P.M. on such day at The Don Cesar located at 3400 Gulf Boulevard, St. Pete Beach, Florida 33706 
All meetings of the Fire District are open to the public. This notification is being posted in accordance with the provisions of Section 104 of the Public Officers Law of the State of New York.

PUBLIC HEARING
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE the Town of Westerlo Planning Board will be holding one (1) Public Hearing on Tuesday, February 14, 2023 at 7 PM at the Richard Rapp Municipal Building located at 933 CR 401 in Westerlo. The Public Hearing is for Helderberg Realty LLC for a Subdivision of 50 acres divided into three (3) large parcels on the corner of County Route 408, County Route 413 and Clickman Rd. (SBL# 150.-1-3.2). Parcels approximately size will be 8 acres, 20 acres and 21 acres.
