St. Lucy’s sponsors trips to Spain, Philly

ALTAMONT — The Best of Spain trip sponsored by St. Lucy/St. Bernadette Church in Altamont is still available with the $100 discount per person extended until Jan. 18.  The trip, escorted by local travel expert Jean Gagnon, will depart from Albany on March 30 and return April 10.

The tour includes Madrid, Seville, Granada, and Barcelona.

Including all flights, 10 nights in four-star hotels, breakfast daily, five dinners in local restaurants, a flamenco show, wine-tasting and lunch, all sightseeing including excursions to Toledo and Montserrat, and taxes, the early booking rate of $3679 per person, double occupancy, is available until Jan. 18.

The church is also sponsoring a bus trip to Philadelphia from April 28 to April 30.  Prices start at $395 per person, double occupancy, and include the transportation from Albany, two nights at the Marriott Philadelphia Downtown Hotel, hotel taxes, baggage handling, and a two-hour stop on the return in charming New Hope, Pennsylvania. Although sponsored by the church, these tours are not pilgrimages or religious events.  All are welcome to participate.
