The taxable inhabitants of the Town of Berne will take notice that the undersigned Collector of Taxes in the said town, has received the warrant for the collection of taxes for the present year, and will attend at the following named place and dates for the receiving of taxes. 
During January 2022 Saturday - January 8th, 15th, 22nd and 29th 9 AM until 12 Noon 
Berne Town Hall 
During February & March by appointment 
No collection fee during January, 1.00% fee during February, 2.00% fee during March. Tax rolls will be turned over to Albany County Finance Department April 2022 Thereafter a collection fee will be 5% plus interest.

NOTICE OF RECEIPT OF TAX ROLL & WARRANT
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that I, the undersigned Town Clerk and Tax Collector of the Town of Rensselaerville, Albany County, State of New York, have received the tax roll and warrant for the collection of taxes within the Town of Rensselaerville for the year 2022 and that I will receive taxes as follows at the Rensselaerville Town Hall, 87 Barger Road, Medusa, NY 12120: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday (9am – 3:30pm) and Friday (9am – 12pm).
PLEASE TAKE FURTHER NOTICE that taxes may be paid before February 1, 2022 without penalty. Taxes paid from February 1, 2022 through February 28, 2022 will be assessed a 1% penalty. A 2% penalty will be assessed for payments made from March 1, 2022 through March 31, 2022. The last day to pay taxes at this office will be March 31, 2022.
PLEASE TAKE FURTHER NOTICE that pursuant to the provisions of law, the tax roll of the Town of Rensselaerville will be turned over to the Albany County Department of Finance on April 1, 2022. Thereafter, the penalty will be 5% plus interest.

TAX COLLECTOR’S NOTICE OF 
RECEIPT OF TAX ROLL 
AND WARRANT
TAKE NOTICE that I, the undersigned, Town Clerk and Tax Collector of the Town of Westerlo, County of Albany, State of New York have duly received the tax roll and warrant dated 12/30/2021 for the collection of taxes within the Town of Westerlo for the year 2022. Due to health and safety concerns related to Novel Coronavirus (COVID-19) I will be receiving taxes in person by appointment only during the following days and times: Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday between the hours of 8 AM and 3 PM, Thursday from 3 PM until 7 PM, and Friday 8 AM until 12 PM at the Richard Rapp Municipal Building (Town Hall), 933 County Route 401, Westerlo, NY 12193. Payments will also be accepted at the Bank of Greene County Greenville and Westerlo branches only during regular business hours or online at https:/egov.basgov.com/westerlo/. 
TAKE FURTHER NOTICE that taxes may be paid before February 1, 2022 without charge of interest.  On taxes remaining unpaid after January 31, 2022, there will be added one percent (1%) interest for the month of February and two percent (2%) interest added for the month of March.  The last possible date to pay at the Tax Collector’s office is Thursday, March 31, 2022.
    TAKE FURTHER NOTICE, that pursuant to the provisions of law the tax roll of the Town of Westerlo will be returned to the Albany County Treasurer after the 1st day of April, 2022.

LEGAL NOTICE
PUBLIC NOTICE
Take notice, beginning in January and until further notice, the regular meetings of the Town of Westerlo Town Board will be held on the 3rd Tuesday of every month at 6 pm and the Town Board Workshop meetings will be held on the 1st Tuesday of every month at 6 pm, except for the November meeting, which will be held on the first Wednesday following the General Election. All meetings will be in person at the Richard Rapp Municipal Building (Town Hall) 933 County Route 401, Westerlo NY. Please note, this is a change from the regularly scheduled 7 pm time. All other regularly scheduled monthly meeting times remain the same. The meetings are open to public attendance in accordance with CDC guidelines.
