VOORHEESVILLE — A party got out of control when Matthew B. Loucks and Michael J. Pankow went to Loucks’s former home, where his ex-girlfriend and young daughter live, according to the Albany County Sheriff’s Office.

The pair caused $3,637 worth of damage to Loucks’s former apartment, 1B, and also to apartment 1C, in a building at 8 South Main St., according to the sheriff’s office. They damaged Sheetrock, doorframes, and doors, Captain William Riley said.

“Loucks and Pankow first broke into the apartment 1B, belonging to Loucks’ ex-girlfriend; once inside the apartment, Loucks shoved his ex-girlfriend while in the presence of their 14-month-old daughter, and damaged property inside,” says a release from the sheriff’s office.

Loucks, 21, whose address is still listed as 8 South Main St., was charged with third-degree burglary and third-degree criminal mischief, both felonies, as well as endangering the welfare of a child and second-degree harassment.

Pankow, 22, of 41 South Main St., was charged with third-degree burglary and third-degree criminal mischief, both felonies.

Both were arraigned in Voorheesville court and remanded to Albany County’s jail without bail.
