Injury didn’t stop BKW/Voorheesville’s Drew Wideman, bottom right, from competing in the first round where Wideman won, 9 to 4, against Casey Bush of Whitehall/Fort Ann. Wideman won his quarterfinal matchup against Schoharie’s Austin Lints after Lints was disqualified for an illegal throw and was unable to wrestle in the semifinals. Wideman did compete in the wrestlebacks but forfeited against Lints and finished fourth.
