Kiwanis party: The next day, at Voorheesville Elementary School, royalty mingled with monsters and cowgirls with super heroes at the annual Halloween party sponsored by the New Scotland Kiwanis. Two sisters appeared as princesses — Olivia Tannatta, 3, wearing a bright blue dress and holding her Dalmatian, and Eva, 5, in an elegant pink dress, both participants in the costume contest.
