Flying Dutchman Sails to Victory

Both the girls’ and boys’ cross-country teams from Guilderland won the Albany County Meet at Colonie Town Park last Friday. Noah Carey won the boys’ varsity race with a time of 15:26. Noah Tindale (16:18) and Jonathan Feil (16:23) finished in the top five for the Dutch boys, which had an overall score of 34 points.

Emily Burns came in third place in the girls’ varsity race with a time of 18:44. Alyssa Jourdin (19:31) finished in ninth place for the Dutch girls, which had 46 points overall.

Allie Tedeschi finished in 10th place (19:32) for BKW.

Sarah Forman, of Guilderland, finished in fifth with a time of 19:16.
