Each to his own: At the Bethlehem Children's School Greenfest event on May 16, some practiced yoga while others purchased books or crafts and still others — like the boy perched on the jungle gym — enjoyed blue cotton candy. The school launched a community project, to collect 41,667 plastic bottle tops — the number Americans throw away in one minute — to build a small amphitheater, which will be displayed to illustrate the huge amount of waste.
