Jeremiah Salzman of Two Fox Farm in Hartwick serves his Nürnberger bratwurst on Wednesday to potential buyers like schools, institutions, restaurants, wholesalers, and supermarkets. Two Fox Farms joined producers that ranged from beekeepers to creameries. The free event was sponsored by Cornell Cooperative Extension of Albany County and the Guilderland Central School District.

Annette Chamberlain, the lunch director for the South Colonie Central School District, samples chocolate milk from the King Brothers Dairy in Schuylerville, during Wednesday’s Capital District Farm to Fork Local Food Expo at Guilderland High School. About 40 buyers were on hand to taste local products at the free event.
