Two GHS students arrested in related school bomb threats
GUILDERLAND — Two current students, ages 15 and 16, have been arrested for the bomb threats emailed to Guilderland high school administrators last week and again this week, Deputy Chief of the Guilderland Police Curtis Cox said Wednesday.
Cox said that, to the best of his knowledge, the students worked together on both threats.
Both students were charged with computer trespass, a felony. Computer trespass is defined in New York Penal Law as accessing or using a computer without authorization, with one of the following: having the intent to commit a felony, or knowingly gaining computer material from the computer’s unauthorized use.
Police are not naming the 15-year-old because under New York law he is a juvenile and will use the Family Court system where records are sealed. The 16-year-old student is Nathan M. Agneta; he will be tried as an adult.
The unnamed student was also charged with making a terroristic threat, which is also a felony, and was released to his parents pending family-court action.

Agneta was released and was due to appear in Guilderland Town Court on Dec. 1 at 5:30 p.m.
Cox said that the investigation was handled mainly by the lieutenant in the department’s Community Services Unit who supervises the high school’s resource officer, and by the high school’s resource officer, Nicholas Ingle.
