Sale and ceremony were successes

To the Editor:

The Women's Auxiliary to the Knox Volunteer Fire Company wants to thank everyone who participated in the town-wide garage sale. We hope the sale was a success for you. If you have any improvements or ideas for next year’s sale, please let me know at 872-9400.

For our small town, it was awesome to have so many residents attend the 9/11 ceremony. We also thank you for allowing us to fly the flag by your mailboxes from Memorial Day through 9/11. The flags will be removed within this week.
