To the Editor:

The fifth annual “Discover the Hilltowns” Farms and Artisans Tour is coming up on Saturday and Sunday, Sept. 19 and 20.   Over 30 venues will be open to the public on this free, self-guided driving tour through beautiful Berne, Knox, Westerlo, and Rensselaerville.

Helderberg Hilltowns Association partners with the Hudson River Valley Ramble and Albany County Convention and Visitors’ Bureau in publicizing the tour to visitors from throughout the region.

All are welcome to wander the highways and byways and enjoy our magnificent scenery and panoramic views, along with samplings of handcrafted stonework; artwork; woodworking, rough and fine; as well as fresh produce, fresh bread, fresh air, and much more.

Advance copies of the tour map and directory are available at local libraries and other public places, or by visiting www.Hilltowns.org for a printable version.

Thank you!
