Thanks for supporting the Punkintown Fair

To the Editor:

The New Salem Volunteer Fire Department would like to thank everyone who came out and joined us for our 73rd Annual Punkintown Fair.  We had a terrific weekend and terrific crowds each night, which made for a busy and successful three days!

We would like to thank the following local businesses, which, through their generous donations of food, door prizes, volunteers, time, and support, helped make the fair a success: Smith’s Tavern, Voorheesville Volunteer Fire Department, Voorheesville Area Ambulance Service, Albany County Sheriff’s Office, and National Guard.

Also: Onesquethaw Volunteer Fire Company Fire Police, Albany County Sheriff’s Explorer Post, Professional Fire Restoration, Security Supply, Olsen’s Hardware & Garden Center, Curtis Lumber, Hotaling Landscaping, B & B Seal Coating, Greg’s Towing, and Robert Wright Disposal and Finke Equipment.

Again, thank you very much for all of your donations; your support is greatly appreciated.

Mark your calendars and save the date for the 74th Annual Punkintown Fair, which will be held on July 28, 29, and 30 in 2016.
