To the Editor:

On April 8, the Boyd Hilton Veterans of Foreign Wars Auxiliary will be once again having its annual Chicken ’n’ Biscuit Dinner.

The dinner will be held at the post on Mill Street in Altamont from 4 till 7 p.m.

The dinner will include chicken and biscuits, gravy, mashed potatoes, veggies, cranberries, a variety of pies for dessert, and coffee and tea.

The donation is $11 per person. Patrons may eat at the post or take their food out. Tickets available at the post.

Get your yardwork done and then bring mom, the kids, and neighbors down for a great meal.

You can enjoy seeing your friends and neighbors, have a great meal, and mom doesn’t have to clean up. And you help us help our veterans.
