Christine E. Grady

NEW SCOTLAND — Christine E. Grady, 32, of New Scotland, was arrested by State Police on Feb. 24 for felony driving while intoxicated.

Troopers stopped Grady on Route 32 in New Scotland for insufficient tail lamps, according to a release from the New York State Police, which said she had a previous DWI conviction within 10 years, making the Feb. 24 arrest a felony.

Grady, who had a blood alcohol content of .11 percent, was processed without incident, the release said, and is scheduled to appear in New Scotland Town Court on March 16 at 5 p.m.
