William D. Rogers, 35, of Berne, was arrested on Jan. 17 by the Albany County Sheriff’s Office for fourth-degree grand larceny, a felony, after spending over $1,700 on his employer’s credit card at a strip club.

The Selkirk-based company Robert H. Finke & Sons Inc. submitted a bank statement to the sheriff’s office showing that Rogers had made three purchases totaling $1,705 at Shenanigans Gentlemen's Club in Colonie, according to Chief Deputy William Rice.

He was released on an appearance ticket and was due to appear in the Town of Colonie Court on Jan. 22.
