At the time of the 2018 graduation, Alyssa Gelfand, who died in a car crash a year ago, is remembered by her many friends and with a feature film and a scholarship.

Marcy Forti is Berne-Knox-Westerlo’s Class of 2018 valedictorian. With two siblings who had gone before her as valedictorian, she stood out by helping to found two clubs at BKW and by pursuing a career in biochemistry in order to help people and animals.
