Edward and Leota Zyniecki

GUILDERLAND — Edward C. Zyniecki Jr., who was born on Sept. 30, 1925, died on Friday, Jan. 24, 2014.  Leota (Lee) Zyniecki, who was born on April 12, 1928, died on Feb. 4, 2014, eleven days after her husband. They had been married for 65 years.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated for both of them on Monday, July 14, 2014, at 10 a.m. at Christ the King Church on Sumter Avenue in Guilderland.  Interment will follow the Mass in Prospect Hill Cemetery in Guilderland.  To leave a message of condolence for the family, go online to www.HansFuneralHome.com.

    Born Oct. 2, 1939, in Albany, she was the daughter of the late Ralph Scoons and Dorothy (née Hotaling) Scoons.
