Legion Riders thank Altamont Country Values for wreaths

To the Editor:
Over the past eight years, our organization, the Helderberg American Legion Riders, has purchased wreaths to decorate certain road signs in the Hilltowns and the town of Guilderland. The road signs dedicate sections of roadways in honor of those area servicemen who were killed in action.

There are 17 signs scattered throughout our community dedicated to these individuals. We have purchased the wreaths from Altamont Country Values for the past several years.

This year Dan Dymes, the proprietor of Altamont Country Values, personally bought and donated the wreaths to us at no cost. We sincerely appreciate this donation and thank Dan for his kindness and support throughout the year.

Merry Christmas and happy holidays to all.
