Police seek armed robber

GUILDERLAND — A customer of Citizens Bank was robbed at gunpoint late Tuesday night, police say.

The customer was making a deposit in the night deposit box at 10:44 p.m., at the bank at 1516 Western Ave., when a white male, approximately 5 feet, 5 inches to 5 feet, 7 inches tall, and 160 pounds, showed a gray handgun and demanded the deposit, according to a press release from the Guilderland Police Department.

The suspect was wearing a gray ski mask, gray hooded sweatshirt, and dark jeans. He fled on foot, the release said.
