Voorheesville resident collared for unlawful surveillance of woman

NEW SCOTLAND — Keith B. Miller “candidly photographed” an 18-year-old woman while she was in his bathroom, according to the Albany County Sheriff’s Office.

Miller, 41, of 29 South Main St., Voorheesville, took pictures of the woman with a digital camera while she was in his bathroom.  She saw him taking the pictures from an exterior window of the bathroom, according to a release from the sheriff’s department.

The woman confronted Miller, left his residence, and called the sheriff’s department — which led to Miller’s arrest for second-degree unlawful surveillance, a class E felony, according to the release.

Miller was arrested on Sunday, Feb. 22, and he was issued an appearance ticket for Voorheesville Village Court on March 30 at 6 p.m.
