ALBANY COUNTY — November is National Adoption Month, prompting Albany County Legislator Jeff Perlee, a Republican representing Altamont and part of the Hilltowns, to note the growing need for foster parents in Albany County, especially in the midst of the COVID-19 crisis.

The Albany Pine Bush Preserve will host its annual Night at the Discovery Center on Tuesday, Nov. 26, from 4:30 to 7:30 p.m. at 195 New Karner Road.

Visitors are invited to stop by the Discovery Center after normal business hours to play games, make a nature craft, and see the exhibits come to life.
