A balloon test will be conducted at 2167 Western Avenue, Town of Guilderland, New York in connection with an application for a Special Use Permit and Area Variance to locate a wireless telecommunications facility at Prospect Hill Cemetery.  This application has been made to the Guilderland Zoning Board of Appeals by INDEPENDENT TOWERS HOLDINGS, LLC and AT&T.  The balloon test is scheduled for Friday, March 7, 2014 beginning at 7:00 am and ending on Saturday, March 8 at 6:00 pm.  In the event of inclement weather, the test will be on March 14 and 15.

The application materials are on file in the office of the Town of Guilderland Zoning Board of Appeals and may be viewed there between the hours of 9:00 am and 4:30 pm Monday through Friday.
