Holding a butterfly in his hand, William Cleveland, a rising eighth-grader at Farnsworth Middle School, stands in his school’s courtyard, filled with native plants. He is one of the volunteers who leads free tours of the Butterfly Station for the public, Monday through Friday, from 10 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. through Aug. 10. Visitors can see how species are raised, make crafts, and view exhibits.
