Dean’s list

These local students have been named to the dean’s list or received a similar honor from their college or university for the fall 2013 semester:

Thomas Bradley, from Slingerlands, a junior at Hofstra University in the legal education accelerated program-political science program, has been named to the Provost’s List, which requires a 4.0 grade-point average;

— Michelyn Little at the State University of New York College at Cortland, where she is majoring in exercise science. She is the daughter of Darshan and Perry Little of Voorheesville and a 2012 graduate of Clayton A. Bouton High School;

— Kathryn Candeloro, the daughter of Nicholas and Carol Candeloro, at Manhattan College, where she is majoring in exercise science;

Martyna M. Crisafulli from Altamont a Law Enforcement Leadership major at the State University of New York College of Technology at Canton received Part-Time Honors for outstanding academic performance. Crisafulli is a 2009 graduate of Guilderland Central High School;

Scott Warren a freshman accountancy major from Voorheesville, at Culver-Stockton College in Canton, Mo.;

Marjorie Steiner of Slingerlands has earned Highest Honors at the University of New Hampshire;

Giuliana DeAngelis of Altamont, a Guilderland High School graduate at the State University of New York College at Cortland where she is majoring in communications;

Jillian Cummings, of Slingerlands on the president’s list at Pratt Institute;

Daniel Sabatini of Schenectady at the Pratt Institute;

Timothy S. Dickson, a 2002 graduate of Guilderland Central High School, at the State University of New York College at Canton where he is majoring in finance;

Hillary D. Vandyke-Restifo, of Voorheesville, and a graduate of Clayton A. Boyton High School at the State University of New York College of Technology at Canton, where she is majoring in veterinary science technology;

Alexandra Dombroski, a sophomore majoring in dance, from Schenectady, at Hofstra University;

Andrew Mallon, a senior majoring in marketing, from Guilderland, at Hofstra University;

Rebecca Vega, a senior majoring in marketing, from Altamont, at Hofstra University;

Alexis Willey, a junior majoring in English, from Schenectady, at Hofstra University;

Nicole Ann Toich was named to the president’s list at Herkimer County Community College;

Ryan Kenyon, a fourth-year student from Schenectady, at St. Bonaventure University, where he is majoring in accounting;

Alexander Peebles, of Slingerlands, at Roger Williams University in Rhode Island;

Sean Doyle, of Schenectady, majoring in graphic design communications at Roger Williams University in Rhode Island;

Sarah Meszler of Altamont at McDaniel College in Maryland;
