Westerlo Library Notes for Wednesday, June 11, 2014

The Westerlo Public Library will conduct a month-long silent auction featuring six beautiful quilted table runners. These unique, handcrafted specimens of textile arts have been donated by the Westerlo Quilting Group. All proceeds of the auction will benefit the library.

This month-long event will begin Saturday, June 14, during the Westerlo Museum’s town wide garage sale, and will continue through Thursday, July 3. The quilts are currently on display at the library. You may also preview the quilts and get information about the bidding procedures at the library’s website www.westerlolibrary.org.

All bids must be submitted at the library during regular business hours to be considered. Winners will be notified by phone and arrangements made for payment and pick-up.
