National guard promotions

These members of the New York Army National Guard have been promoted:

Tyler Center from Slingerlands, and serving with the 1156th Engineer Company is promoted to the rank of private;

Stephen Gerard from East Berne, and serving with the Forward Support Company, 204th Engineer Battalion is promoted to the rank of sergeant;

Alexa Kilcher from Altamont, and serving with the Company E, 3-142nd Aviation is promoted to the rank of private first class;

Michael Morrison from Delmar, and serving with the Company E, 3-142nd Aviation is promoted to the rank of private first class; and

Andrew Rizzuto from Altamont, and serving with the Intelligence and Sustainment Company, 42nd Infantry Division is promoted to the rank of private.

Army National Guard promotions are based on overall performance, attitude, leadership ability, and development potential.
