Weichert announces honorees

Ten high achievers from the Albany-based Weichert, Realtors – Northeast Group have earned recognition from the national franchise organization, Weichert Real Estate Affiliates, Inc.

At the top, Christine Marchesiello of the firm’s Saratoga Springs office and Peggy Evans from Clifton Park were honored as inductees into the WREA 2013 President’s Club — both for the third consecutive year.

Brian Spindler (Delmar) and Paula Gaies (Albany) were inductees into the WREA 2013 Ambassador Club, and Carol Landau (Delmar) and Jennifer Karam (Albany) became members of the WREA 2013 Executive Club. The President’s, Ambassador, and Executive club levels are the three top categories of awards to agents presented annually.

The WREA 2013 Sales Achievement Award was earned by Alex Psomas (Albany), Catharine Sullivan (Saratoga Springs), Linda Rice (Saratoga Springs), and Pamela DiCarlo (Clifton Park).

All awards are based on minimum requirement per award category in gross commission income or units earned in 2013. These agents earned their recognition from among associates in 37 states at year’s end.

In addition to national honors, awards will be presented by the Weichert Upstate New York Broker Council. Paula Gaies will take a bow as the Council’s Top Listing Associate in GCI.
