Brian Forte is busy but always has time for the community

To the Editor:

My family and I live in Guilderland and, as many people know, have worked hard and depended on this community to keep us here in our house as my family battles Huntington’s disease.

I care about the community that has cared for me, and am supporting Brian Forte as our new supervisor in the election.  I like that Brian has been a town board member for four years and I see him at a lot of events and places in Guilderland. He is so busy but always has time for the community.

I think it’s more important to know who a person is and what he stands for than if he switched parties when I am picking who I vote for; this is Guilderland, and most people here all want the same thing anyway.

I don’t normally get involved in political things but think it’s important to state my beliefs in choosing our first new supervisor after Supervisor [Kenneth] Runion’s years in office.
