To the Editor:

Thank you to Albany County Executive Dan McCoy; Commissioner for the Department of Aging George Brown; Tom Scarf, who was the senior policy analyst at the county executive’s office; and all our wonderful Hilltown supervisors.

There aren’t enough words to truly express how much the seniors’ meal program in the Hilltowns means to the participants.  This program shows many seniors that they are not alone. 

These seniors think it’s wonderful to have a place to go for meals, fun, and companionship.  We sometimes forget to acknowledge those who do so much for us, but we really appreciate those political leaders who listen to us and actually do what they promise.

Thank you for your caring to make our seniors’ meal program a success.  

You all did a terrific job and have brought happiness to many individuals.
