Matt is a positive voice for the school district

To the Editor:

I am writing this letter in support of Matt Tedeschi who is running for a seat on the Berne-Knox-Westerlo Board of Education.

We have known Matt and his family for many years now. Our daughters even grew up going to school together and happily graduated together last year.

I can honestly say that, through all of these years of knowing Matt, he has always been a supportive community member, a loving and caring father, and a positive voice for the school district. Not only has he had positive influences in the community but his working experience in the business sector will be an asset to the school board. Working in the insurance field gives him the knowledge to negotiate insurance policies and contracts.

Since Matt was elected back in February to fill a vacant seat on the board, I have seen a positive                  working relationship with the administration and all of the current board members.  I feel confident that while he is on the board he is constantly thinking about our children our taxpayers and our community members and how he can help to obtain the best interest for all of us.

Let’s continue the positive changes at BKW and re-elect him to the board of education.  He is a great fit for our community and school.
