Monday meals at Voorheesville church

VOORHEESVILLE — Homemade take-out meals, including a desert, are served each Monday by the Voorheesville Methodist Church at 68 Maple Ave.

“You are relieved from planning, cooking, and cleanup,” says organizer Nancy Farley.

These are the menus:

— March 30:  Spaghetti pie, a new offering;

— April 6: Swedish meatballs;

— April 13:  Turkey, which is very popular;

— April 20:  Chicken Parmesan, another favorite; and

— April 27:  Ham.

 The cost $8 per meal with pick-up times between 4:30 and 6 p.m.

Reservations are suggested; call the church office at 765-2895 or 765-4206 or cellphone 368-5159.

“Drive up and your hot meal is brought to your car,” says Farley.
